Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.
The product received is defective.
The wrong item was delivered.
The item is missing from the order.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and personal-use considerations, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Earrings once opened or worn
Products used after delivery
Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage
Orders placed by mistake after successful payment
Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings

Return Process

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear product photos
Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims)

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once the return is approved and the product is received by us:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
